I had kitchen drawer fronts professionally made. Unfortunately they have come out much lighter than I wanted, and Im not getting much help from the company.

They are a white oak pkywood, stained and then topcoated in a flat finish. I asked for Puritan Pine which they used but they came out with a yellow golden oak look. I wish to darken them up. Im trying to find out the top coat used but I think its a 2k.

I'm hoping a dark brown tinted top coat will solve my problem. Suggestions greatly appreciated.

Picture shows finished door in back with my sample and flooring I want to match.

Hi,

It would be very helpful to know what the stain and top coat Brands are before being able to advise.

Something to keep in mind is that is may be difficult to get an exact color match. Testing will be required.

Please let us know.

Kind Regards,
