Quebec and Ontario
We are unable to ship to PO boxes. If you do not have an alternative delivery address, please contact us to place your order. Please note that additional delivery costs may be charged.
Remote Canadian locations
A remote location is a post office where mail must be airlifted for more than six months of the year. To see the remote locations with shipping charges applied, consult the Air stage office list.

Ardec is committed to get your order ready within 1 to 2 business days. Carriers will deliver your package within 1 to 6 business days.
As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, Ardec will send you a tracking number by email which will allow you to track your package.
Products sensitive to freezing
During cold season, products identified as “Sensitive to freezing” can only be delivered in Quebec and Ontario. A signature will be required at delivery, so you need to be available at delivery time so the package won't be exposed to outdoor temperature below 0 degree celsius. For orders elsewhere in Canada, these products will not be delivered.
For any claims concerning a defect when receiving a package or if a package seems to be late or lost, please contact our customer service for further assistance. Make sure you have your order number with you so we can access your file.
Return and cancellation
You can return a product within 30 days of reception of your order for a complete refund. However, the item must be in its original packaging and must not have been opened. We will assume all shipping charges for returning the items. Furthermore, original shipping charges for your original order will not be reimbursed. To return or cancel your order, please contact us and mention your order number.
Clearance items and custom tinted items are final sales and are exempted from the return and cancellation policy above: No product return, exchange or refund.
Should you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days following the receipt of your order. Some equipment could need to be sent back directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
Payment / Billing
All prices displayed on Ardec are in Canadian dollars ($CAD).
Payments are made by credit card or by Paypal. Accepted credit cards are Visa and MasterCard.
The amount of tax to pay is based on the effective sales tax rate at the delivery address.
Ardec is committed to keep an adequate supply of the products sold on its website. However, should a product be out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
The user acknowledges that ARDEC takes reasonable means to ensure the safety of all users, and in particular consumers, as well as to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations aimed in particular at consumer protection. To do this, ARDEC relies on the good faith of users. The user acknowledges that any false declaration on his part, in particular with regard to his status as a professional in the industry, constitutes a breach of trust in ARDEC and a breach of the license to use the site. The user acknowledges that in such a case, ARDEC may, as soon as it has been informed of this false declaration, suspend or close the user's access to the site and refuse to sell products to him.
If Ardec is acknowledged as responsible towards a customer of its website, the liability shall be limited to the sum of the amount paid by the customer to Ardec for the purchase made on its website.
Regardless foregoing, the customer benefits from all rights under any applicable law or regulation. The relations between the two parties are regulated by the laws of the Province of Québec. Any disagreement related to sales and credits or any failure to comply with the Sale policy of Ardec, will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Québec.
