Earlex Spray Station HV5500

The Earlex Spray Station HV5500 paint spraying system is designed for professionals, light contractors, woodworkers and serious DIY enthusiasts. The Spray Station HV5500 is recommended for the workshop, garden or home, and can be used to spray water based and oil based coatings. It is ideal for spraying walls, ceilings, doors, fences, shutters, cabinetry, spindles, iron work, sheds, decking, furniture, cars and more.

The HV5500 has a carry handle for easy portability and an on-board storage for the spray gun. The system includes an aluminium spray gun and a 2mm stainless steel needle, a spray-gun cleaning kit and a one quart container coated with Teflon, which makes it easy to clean. A DVD with instructions is also included.

Hints and Tips

Remember to mask around the areas you are not spraying.
Ensure that paint viscosity is correct. Thin paint as necessary using water or relevant thinners.
If you've never sprayed before, practice for a few minutes on a piece of cardboard to develop your technique.
Allow time for drying between coats.
Fine mists will generally dry faster than heavier coats. This will allow you to build up coats faster and there is less likelihood of runs.
Avoid spraying when windy.
