Operational changes during the COVID-19 pandemic

Dear customers,

Please take notice of important changes in the services offered at the St-Sauveur warehouse as of March 8, 2021, as Public Health regulations related to COVID-19 are still in effect.

Purchasing directly at Warehouse

Appointments are now required for purchases made directly at our warehouse. Times allotted for appointments with a sales representative are Tuesday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. To make an appointment, you must contact us by email at ­info@ardec.ca or by phone at 888 797-4344. Please do not show up without an appointment, as it will be impossible to serve you.

We do not custom match colors or do color testing. For a fast and efficient service, make sure you have the necessary information on hand, such as the correct dimensions and wood type for your project. As the old saying goes, A picture is worth a thousand words. Bring a few pictures with you when you visit us, it will definitely help!

For a faster service, we recommend contacting us by email or by phone. We will do our best in any way we can to provide you with the best possible service, including taking your order by phone if necessary.

Pick up at our warehouse

It is always possible to pick up orders at our warehouse. You can now choose the "Pick up at our warehouse" shipping option when placing your order.

When your order is ready, an email will be sent to you with instructions for pick up.
