Brushless Motor

Thanks to its high efficiency patented brushless motor, the Mirka DEROS also has plenty of power to get the job done quickly. Indeed, its performance is actually comparable to a conventional 500W electric machine and that ensures it maintains a constant speed even under heavy load. The innovative design of the brushless motor means there are few wearing components so it is low maintenance, ultra-reliable and has a long lifespan. In contrast to conventional electric machines, the Mirka DEROS also features a ‘closed construction’ which prevents dust from entering the motor where it can cause wear and damage.

Mirka Backing Pad

The Mirka backing pad is optimized for using the Abranet abrasive for sanding without dust. The backing pad helps you get the most out of your net abrasive. Available in various levels of softness, depending on what your sanding. The fresh air channels on the pad support an increased airflow and thanks to that the dust is removed efficiently.

myMirka App

Mirka added an integrated vibration sensor and Bluetooth® technology to their most popular electric sanders and developed an app to follow-up the measurements. Thanks to myMirka you also access a lot of tool data and enjoy many digital benefits, as for example, warranty registration through the app. More information
