Osmo recommends a 1.6 mm needle to apply Spray-Polyx.

First Coat: Apply one thin coat, allow product to dry and then lightly sand with P220 or above

1. Spray approx. 30-40 g/m² onto wood surface
2. Dust dry after approx. 2-3 hours at 20°C or approx. 1 hour with 50°C ambient air temperature
3. Ready for sanding after 6-8 hours or 2-3 hours respectively
4. Intermediate sanding at least 220 grit, 320 grit will produce a higher sheen

Second Coat: Apply a second thin coat, allow product to dry overnight, packaging next day

1. Spray approx. 30-40 g/m² onto wood surface
2. Dust dry after approx. 2-3 hours at 20°C or approx. 1 hour with 50°C ambient air temperature
3. Clean tools with Osmo Brush Cleaner and Thinner (benzene-free)

Tip: Spray-Polyx® can also be applied like a regular wiping varnish, using a paintbrush or cloth.
