This brand worked great. I would prefer to use Everclear 190 proof as there are additives to breath or touch. Unfortunately in my province (BC) it is somehow hard to source and/or restricted use only.

I used the rottenstone as buffing compound after levelling and before final glazing/polish to get a high gloss and it worked great with mineral oil & naptha mix on hand rubbed shellac.
