Can anyone help me on where to start on how to fix my floors? Accidentally drilled into our floors and need to fill the holes in. I was thinking:

1) fill with wood filler
2) use Mohawk Putty Sticks and colour match as best as possible.
3) Mohawk Finish-up™ Polyurethane? Not sure if a Laquer product is needed ontop of the putty sticks,
4) Never use a drill again. :(

Am I on the right track?

Thank you!

Hi,

Yes, the Mohawk Epoxy Putty Stick should do the job! Choose the appropriate color, follow instructions and you are good to go.

I would not give up on your drill just yet :)

Good luck!

Hi Marilyn,

Thank you for the reply.

I'm sorry but I should've been more specific about my steps.

For #2, I was referring to the Fil-Stik® Putty Stick, and not the Epoxy Putty Sticks

For my repair, out of those 2 products, what would be the most appropriate?

Can 2 Epoxy Putty Sticks be combined to colour match my floors?

Thank you!

Hi,
The Epoxy Putty Stick is better suited for this type of repair.

Yes, colors can be combined to get a better color match.

Kind Regards,
