Hi, I'm spraying Epifanes clear varnish over 3 coats of West System epoxy and I seem to be getting some "orange peel". The Epifanes directions for thining are for brush on application only and not for spray on. I've currently thinned the varnish %20 to accomodate the Fuji Spray turbine I'm using. Are there any recommendations for thinning spraying? Will over thinning the varnish cause it to flash to quickly and not give a chance to level out?

If you are spraying you should be using the Epifane Spray Thinner.

That should help solve the issues.
