My staining project went horribly wrong... Saman lime green splotches all over an antique table. How do I proceed in removing the colour and evening out the finish... please help!

To be able to understand and help you, put some pictures with this post

I have no way of posting pictures, sorry. How I can strip off the stain will be helpful enough or dilute and smooth out what is there. The store I bought from isn't helpful and I'm told I sanded the wood too smooth. Thank you.

It's not easy to advise, when we do not see the problem.

I was recently only asking how to remove this stain which I believe sat on a shelf for many years due to the lime colour. The solids I found at the bottom were like cement and would have never mixed in by shaking thus producing disastrous results. I will end up painting as stripper doesn't remove the splotchy stain.
Thanks anyway
