Hi,

I have a bathroom vanity project that I'll be building out of Baltic Birch plywood. The client sent me this image to find a stain similar to this Walnut vanity. I'll be purchasing Mohawk's Ultra Penetrating Stain and would like your advice on which one to order.
Just comparing the sample colours on Mohawk's product page, I'm thinking the Medium Brown Walnut stain. The Baltic Birch vanity does not need to mimic any look to actual Walnut wood, just the colour tone.

Thank you!

Tristan

Hi,

Your choice of color seems right.

Just a bit of advice, it would be best to finish your sanding with a 180 grit paper.

Hope this helps!

Thank you for the reply, Marilyn, and I'll keep the 180 grit paper in mind :)

Happy Holidays!
