Gorgeous colour, immediately brought our mantle to life!

Used this to stain spalted arbutus (also known as madrona), a very touchy/warpy, pale and tight-grained wood. Couldn't find much online about how to treat it, settled on Rubio. Mixed 75 brown + 25 red, and as you can see the red in the wood immediately drank it up. It looks incredible in person, we get compliments often. Highly recommend you work with multiple people to buff it in to this sort of wood, unless you have a mechanical buffer -- it soaks in very very fast.

Provides a very nice slightly-grippy surface without interfering with the look of the stain.

Used the "cherry" stain for our red cedar decks, and they turned out absolutely beautifully. After a winter and a half they are still going strong. Thrilled with how it looks!
