What is the difference between acrylic lacquer and acrylic urethane? Spraying on to wood......high gloss mostly, clear mostly

Hi there,
Acrylic lacquer is made of 100% acrylic.

Whereas acrylic urethane is made up of two types of resin which produces a more resistant lacquer.

Hope this helps!

I am also wondering if there are many technical differences. Such as recoat times, hardness, burn in on multiple coats, viscosity, and self leveling properties.

Characteristics vary from manufacturer to manufacturer for every product.
