Good day,

I am trying to use the osmo wood wax finishes. I need a palette in a rainbow theme. I have gotten just about everything I need, except purple. I've tried mixing red, blue, and white, in varying amounts, and all I end up with is grey or brown.

The images show my tests. The top row shows my successes. The lower ones so my attempts at the purple. The second image is what I'm aiming for.

Any suggestions?

Thank you,

Jordan

HI,

Thanks for contacting Ardec!

For the color violet, red and blue are what is needed.

However, if the red has an orange tint the out come of the violet will be less intense.

We would suggest trying the Mixol Tinting Paste.

Best of luck to you!
