Looking for my best option on sealing MDF before the application of PSA veneer. I was looking at both the Ardec Polyseal and the Mohawk Vinyl Sealer. The application is a number of speaker cabinets and I want to ensure the joints don’t swell over time and telegraph underneath. I have a turbine sprayer in hand for application.

Would anyone have any recommendations?

The Mohawk E-Z Vinyl Sealer would work best for this application.

Appreciate the reply. Could you recommend a spray tip/needle size for the Mohawk product, using the Fuji HVLP system?

Fuji has a Quick Reference Sheet to help with this.

It will depend on the type of Spray Gun you have. It can ranger between 1.0mm Air cap set or 1.3mm.
