Will PC-Petrifier® Rotted Wood Hardener restore my 8' trailer floor

I have a 8 foot by 7 foot Pop-up tent trailer (56 square feet max). The floor has gone punky and is very soft due to the trailer being stored in a open field with tall weeds pushing up against the floor; hence wicking water into the wood.. Will PC-Petrifier® Rotted Wood Hardener restore strength to the wood floor so I can use the existing floor as a sub-floor and adhere new wood on top?
