Mirka 1230 Dust Extractor

The Mirka 1230 professional dust extractor (DE-1230-PC) has a high performance motor and turbine, which creates 250 mbar vacuum and 4 500 l/min air flow. The AutoStart function increases the lifetime of the motor and reduces noise. Flat top with space for storage and large wheels for better maneuverability. Push-clean function. Hose and cable storage makes for safe and easy transportation. A fleece dust bag is also included.

Brushless Motor

Thanks to its high efficiency patented brushless motor, the Mirka DEROS also has plenty of power to get the job done quickly. Indeed, its performance is actually comparable to a conventional 500W electric machine and that ensures it maintains a constant speed even under heavy load. The innovative design of the brushless motor means there are few wearing components so it is low maintenance, ultra-reliable and has a long lifespan. In contrast to conventional electric machines, the Mirka DEROS also features a ‘closed construction’ which prevents dust from entering the motor where it can cause wear and damage.

Mirka Backing Pad

The Mirka backing pad is optimized for using the Abranet abrasive for sanding without dust. The backing pad helps you get the most out of your net abrasive. Available in various levels of softness, depending on what your sanding. The fresh air channels on the pad support an increased airflow and thanks to that the dust is removed efficiently.

myMirka App

Mirka added an integrated vibration sensor and Bluetooth® technology to their most popular electric sanders and developed an app to follow-up the measurements. Mirka DEROS Orbital Sander has a soft start function, a built in electronic motor brake and a smooth, easy to operate lever to control motor speed. Thanks to its high efficiency brushless motor, this electric sander also has a plenty of power to get the job done quickly. Its performance is comparable to a conventional 500W electric machine and that ensures it maintains a constant speed even under heavy load.

The unique symmetrical design makes it just as comfortable whether it’s being used in the left hand or the right hand and the longer body provides the option of a two-hand grip. Mirka DEROS is equipped with a backing pad, which has a central air inlet. This results in improved air flow and helps extract dust away from the center of the tool even faster.

Mirka DEOS

This powerful and compact direct electric orbital sander, Mirka® DEOS, is the newest member in the Mirka electric sander family.

At only 4 inches high, the tool’s compact and very low profile gives a high maneuverability and helps deliver a precise and efficient sanding performance. This small and light sander is naturally equipped with a brushless motor.

The optimized ergonomics enable a comfortable grip. The machine has an easy to operate lever to control motor speed. It possesses also a separate on/off switch for easy and safe handling.

Mirka® DEOS features an integrated vibration sensor, Bluetooth technology and pairs with the myMirka App.
