IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Can be sprayed througn compressed air, HVLP, airless or C.A.S. units. Fluid tip sizes should be as follows: Compressed air - .040, HVLP - 043-.051, Airless - .009-013. Air caps should be medium size. Check your equipment supplier for proper tip sizes.
2. Oil based stains must be completely dry before using a water based top coat. Wait a minimum of 48 hours before applying General Finishes Sanding Sealer.
FOR INTERIOR USE ONLY.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
On raw wood, sand with the grain using #120 and finishing whit #220 grit paper. On stained wood, sanding with #320 or finer paper or buffing with a buffing pad is optional. Do not sand through the stain.
APPLICATION:
Stir well prior to use. Strain material through a fine mesh filter. Product is ready to spray from de container. Spray medium wet films at 3-5 time. Sand between coats using #320-400 grit paper or extra fine to super fine sandingpads. Remove dust before recoating.
THINNING:
If necessary thin with 10-20% water or GF Extender.
DRY TIME:
Drying time based on ideal conditions Recoat 1 hour. Cooler temperatures will prolong dry time up to 4-6 hours.
Do not swallow; first aid: drink water to dilute product. May cause eye and skin irritation; first aid: flush eyes thoroughly wit water.
