Mohawk Rockhard Table Top Urethane Varnish is an extremely hard finish which provides maximum resistance to water, alcohol, food stains, chemicals, detergents, and other damaging liquids.
The Rockhard Urethane Varnish is an abrasion resistant finish, which makes it ideal for using on table tops, but its toughness also makes it suitable for multiple other uses, such as wooden chairs, desks, benches, chests of drawers, vanities, bookcases, dressers, etc.

The Rockhard Table Top Urethane Varnish has a low VOC formula, sets free of dust in 4 hours.

How to Use

Preparation:

Mix thoroughly with a paddle. Do not shake.
Sand raw wood with 150-180 grit sandpaper and remove dust. If stained, allow it to dry completely

Application:

Apply a thin first coat and full subsequent coats. Apply with a natural bristle brush in thin uniform coats in the direction of the grain.
Overlap each stroke and allow the material to flow. Do not over brush.
Allow each coat to dry completely before sanding.
Sand between coats with 320 grit paper and remove dust before applying another coat.

Drying time: Allow to dry 48 hours before use. Rockhard Table Top Urethane Varnish sets to dust free in about 4 hours, dry to handle in 14 hours. Recoat in 14 hours.
