Dewaxed Super Blonde Shellac enhances pale and amber wood essences. It is an ingredient used to replicate ancient varnish recipes made to restore antique furniture.
Slightly darker than the Dewaxed Platina Shellac the Dewaxed Super Blonde is used to enhance pale hardwood essences such as Maple, Oak and Ash and all other wood essences that are curly, quilted or figured. For these reasons it is very appreciated by luthiers for the finishing of string instruments.
The Dewaxed Super Blonde Shellac is an animal resin which must be dissolved in denatured alcohol.

Store in a sealed container away from cold and light sources.
Clean tools with alcohol to remove most of the shellac. Complete cleaning with soapy water.
