Could you please tell me
1. how I can get a light grey colour in flour paint
2. Can I use RAW linseed oil instead of boiled and, if not
3. How can I turn RAW into BOILED
THANKS A LOT

Hello,

Titanium dioxide (white) should be mixed with a little black (iron oxide).
Do not put sulphate of iron in the recipe. As for double boiled linseed oil, it is already sold.

Have a good day !

Thanks a lot, je vous remercie, I would like to know if I can substitute BOILED linseed oil with RAW linseed oil, because I have LOTS of it, or is it going to lower the quality of the paint.

And one more question: for the amount of titanium dioxide should I follow the recepy and add the same quantity as I would do with ochre?

René Carrier · Technical Support · Sep 18, 2017, 09:59

Exactly!

Ermionia · Sep 18, 2017, 10:13

"Exactly" to both questions?

René Carrier · Technical Support · Sep 18, 2017, 10:23

Excuse me !

Yes, but drying will be very slow more or less 72 hours

Ermionia · Sep 18, 2017, 10:37

Je vous suis tres reconaissante.
