Spray on a test piece of wood to get the pattern before attempting repair.
Spray Background Base Color in short bursts onto the area being repaired. Feather the base coat away from the repaired area thus toning the repair in.
Use steady even strokes while spraying. Several thin coats give a better finish than one heavy coat. Allow coating to become tacky between coats.
For packaging or rubbing, allow at least overnight drying.
