Fusion Mineral Paint is a 100% acrylic resin paint without vinyl or excessive fillers that can be used for both indoor and outdoor application. Fusion pigments are all derived from natural organic or inorganic minerals, and the paint is 100% non-toxic. Fusion Mineral Paint has offers a built-in top coat that is UV, water and stain resistant, meaning that it doesn't need to be waxed or sealed.

Fusion paint can be coated with oil, wax or even water-based varnish to increase durability or create worn or antique effects and more. Fusion Mineral Paint has also a metallic color palette.

Fusion is dry to the touch in approximately 30 minutes, and ca be used on just about everything, such as furniture, front doors, dining tables, kitchen and bathroom cabinets. All Fusion Mineral Paints can be intermixed, allowing for an infinite possibility of custom colours. Each pint of Fusion Mineral Paint covers approximately 75 square feet - which is about two coats on a large dresser.

Directions for Use

Fusion is a water-based furniture paint created for exceptional adhesion and durability. To prep surface clean to remove dust, dirt and grease. Remove soft wax with odourless solvent/mineral spirits prior to painting. Glossy surfaces require a scuff sand to degloss surface.

If brush strokes, pooling or drips occur, use less paint and apply thin coats. If struggling with texture and brush strokes, add Fusion Extender to increase working time. Use a transition coat if painting from dark to light or vice versa. Cures to a washable sheen.

Lacquer, laminate, melamine or thermofoil may require Ultra Grip applied first.

For easy re-opening, apply some plastic wrap between the lid and the container, then close tight.

FAQ

Which oil should I use over Fusion White Paint?

It is recommended to use an Oil which contains white pigments in order to not alter the white color of the paint. Using a colorless oil may slightly alter the white color by giving it an amber tint. However, it is advised to do a preliminary test before applying the oil to the entire project.
