Directions for Use

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

For previously finished surfaces: Remove old varnish, dirt, wax, grease, and oil, then sand with 150/180 grit sandpaper.
For new wood: Sand with 150/180 grit sandpaper.
Ensure wood is dry and clear of sanding dust.

APPLICATION

Recommended Conditions for Application

Wood humidity level: < 12%
Temperature: 15°C – 25°C (59°F - 77°F)

Application Process

Stir well before and during use. Do not shake.
If applying on stained woods, test for adhesion first.
Apply uniform coats following the wood grain with a good quality synthetic brush, a synthetic applicator, or a spray gun.
Allow 1–2 hours to dry and lightly sand with 220/320 grit sandpaper between coats.
Repeat for 2 to 3 coats. On floors, a minimum of 3 coats is recommended.
Allow 24 hours to dry before light usage. Full cure is achieved after 7 days.

PRECAUTIONS

Clean-up: Clean all tools with warm water and soap immediately after use.
Storage: Keep in a dry area. AVOID FREEZING.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
